Hatha Yoga + The 8 Limbs


This three hour Hatha Yoga practice will combine asana, movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation and a series of practices that communicate her unique experience and understanding of the yoga of feeling. Participants will learn to integrate breath, yoga posture, and heart feeling to strengthen the body, release constricting emotions, and leave the whole being in gratitude! Her style is a graceful, yet vibrant integration of solar and lunar energies within the mind, body and soul.

We will explore the 8-limbed path of Ashtanga yoga and deepen our relationship to the timeless and ancient recipe needed to cultivate Samadhi (being established in evenness). You will leave the workshop with the integrated experience and tools to cultivate a home practice that is equally fulfilling. $35

Visiting teacher from Los Angeles, Tulsi Bagnoli, M.A. is a fourth generation meditator who has been practicing yoga and meditation since the age of four and teaching professionally throughout the US and India for the past 13 years. Tulsi is passionate about the practice of living yoga and helping people awaken to the untapped energy that flows within us all. E-RYT 500.
